By viewing products on our website, shopping and/or purchasing products from us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service:
SHIPPING & HANDLING, METHOD, DELIVERY TIME:
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. There is a minimum shipping and handling cost of $7.95 per order and it increases incrementally with the addition of items to cover the UPS shipping charges only. We can ONLY ship to the continental 48 United States (Alaska or Hawaii excluded). After your order is processed and you get an order confirmation, you will receive a tracking # so that you can check the status of your shipment. Your order will generally arrive in no more than 7 to 10 days.
SECURITY:
Our online cart technology (eCRATER) and checkout software (Google Checkout) supports many online security safeguard and encryptions including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption (secure order protection, secure certificate or digital certificate) which is a protocol for securely encrypting and transmitting electronic information between web servers across the Internet, and is the most popular method for ensuring the secure transmission of information. A locked security icon on the internet browser shows that the connection is encrypted.
BACKORDERS:
We make every effort to temporarily not display products in our selections that are on backorder. However backorders on a product a customer has ordered will occur occasionally. If your selected merchandise is not in stock, we will keep you informed on the status of your backordered item(s). You will also have the option if you choose to cancel the items on backorder or all of your order. Your credit card will NOT be charged for any merchandise that can not been shipped.
RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any merchandise in a new, unused and unopened condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund , no problem we promise!
All we ask is that you first send us a quick email to ([email protected]) with your intent, before you return the merchandise with your order #, name, address, and the items you would like to return. We will then e-mail you back with a Number that you must write on the outside of the package before you return the shipment. We will also give you a return address to use to ensure proper processing. Once the return is received, please allow us 5 to 7 days to process it and email you with the refund details, and complete the refund. Product returned without prior return authorizations or without the required numbers on them could be lost and never refunded and if located may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling charges, and your return shipping costs are not refundable.
PRICES:
Prices for any of our products are subject to change without notice. Prices are effective at the time of posting and supersede the prices of previous postings. The price of the product listed on our website will always be the price in your shopping cart and the price we honor, of course.
ERRORS:
We do our best to make sure that all of the information on our web site is completely true and accurate. However, the time may come where there is an error on our site. Any errors are subject to correction. We will do our best to be completely fair and honest regarding any site error, and appreciate your understanding.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We promise not to rent, sell, or loan any email addresses, mailing addresses, personal or financial information collected from any of our customers to any third parties. We only collect this personal information so we can communicate with our customers, and provide you with the highest level of service possible. Furthermore, we, our cart software and checkout software only collects the information absolutely needed to process the sale and enable your purchase. Lastly, if you receive any email claiming to be from our website you can always send us a separate email to verify the communication if you have reason for suspicion and we will respond promptly.
